After Shipment
Once marked "Shipped," cancellations cannot be accepted. You'll receive a WhatsApp & email notification before this happens.
Alternative Offered
Refused Delivery
Refusing or missing delivery doesn't count as a cancellation. We'll offer reshipping.
Exceptional Cases
Bank Account Refund
Refunds to a bank account are possible in special cases, with a ₹149 service fee deducted from the total amount.
