Return and Refund Policy for Mobile Cases and Screen Protectors

1. Return Eligibility:
– Products are eligible for return if they are damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
– Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging.
– Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items:
– Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or installation errors are not eligible for return.
– Customized or personalized items are non-returnable unless defective or damaged.

3. Return Process:
– Contact our customer service team to initiate a return.
– Provide proof of purchase (order number, receipt) and evidence of the issue (photos or videos).
– Once approved, ship the product to the provided return address.

4. Refund Process:
– Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving the returned item.
– The refund will be credited to the original payment method within 7 days.

5. Shipping Costs:
– If the return is due to company error (e.g., wrong item sent, defective product), return shipping costs will be covered by us.
– In other cases, the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.
